Our repair service will get your machine back up and running as soon as possible.
The first step is to call us and provide a description of the problem, this will provide a starting point and hopefully an easy diagnosis. From there we will arrange to visit you as soon as possible to perform an inspection and, If we have the necessary parts to hand we carry out the repair there and then. Otherwise, If parts need to be ordered these are usually available within 24-48 hours.
If your machine is out of action and we aren't able to have it up and running for you straight away, we can lend you a 2 group machine to keep your business operating (subject to availability)
Repairs are backed with a warranty (subject to our terms and conditions) and we are fully insured.

Please note:
If you book a repair, unless otherwise advised, we will require the machine to be switched off and cold and also made accessible (eg coffee cups and items preventing access to all sides of the machine moved away).
We are only authorised to work on electrical equipment so if you have a dual fuel (gas and electric) machine and the fault lies with the gas system we may be unable to help.
If you are outside our usual service area we may still be able to help you.
