La Scala have been making espresso machines in the traditional Italian way since 1997 and are best known for their compact machines such as the Butterfly, a fantastic single group machine for the serious coffee enthusiast. La Scala's more commercial oriented machines are just as good, but can be a little tricky to source certain part for. Thankfully, most of the parts taking daily wear and tear are standard E61 specification so in the vast majority of cases, repairs are relatively straightforward.
